ROSARITA® No Fat Traditional Refried Beans * 1/2 c. frozen whole kernel corn * 2 c. shredded cooked chicken * fried corn tortilla strips or chips, optional * shredded Monterey Jack cheese, optional
What to do:
1. Combine undrained RO*TE®L and broth in medium saucepan. Stir in ROSARITA® Refried Beans and corn; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 min., stirring frequently. 2. Add chicken; heat through. Serve topped with tortilla strips and cheese, if desired.
