+ 1/3 c. butter, cubed
+ 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard + 2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish + 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce + 1/4-1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning + 6 ears sweet corn, husked What to do:
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter; add mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper.
2. Place each ear of corn on a 13-in. x 12-in. piece of heavy-duty foil. Drizzle with butter mixture. Fold in edges of foil and seal, leaving space for expansion of steam. 3.
